What is My Account?

Registering to the My Account service is free and allows you to recall your personal information when visiting us next time, making it faster to place future orders.

Step 1: Click here to go to the login page

Step2: Enter your e-mail ID

Step 3: Click on the Forgot Password link A new password will be sent to your registered email. You can use that password to login to your Account and then reset it in the My Account section.

I do not remember my login ID and password.

Please share your order number to support@maagift.com with a request for your login ID & password. We will provide you with your login credentials.

Where to track my shipment of the orders?

You will see a 'Track Your Order' option on the below of the home page. Enter your order number & Billing email than click on 'Track ' to see the current status of your order.

What are the modes of placing an order with Maagift?
  • You can log on to www.maagift.com from your mobile as well.
  • Online - Log on to www.maagift.com and have shopping!
  • You can call us at +91-9312712104 (08:00 AM-10:30 PM, Monday-Sunday) and we will be more than happy to assist you in placing your order.
  • You can mail us all the details at support@maagift.com and we place an order for you.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?
As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an email & SMS along with your order number.
What do the different order status mean?
  • Payment received: We have received the payment of your order and your order is ready to for processes.
  • Payment declined: The payment for your order has failed.
  • Out for delivery: Your order is out for delivery.
  • Order delivered: Your order has been delivered.
How can I make a change in my order or cancel it?
  • If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please call us at +91 9312712104 or email us at support@maagift.com
    Note: Order modification/cancellation please give at least 24 hours notice before the requested Shipped. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won't be able to cancel it or make changes.
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

It takes up to 24 hours’ time to process a cancellation request.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

Your refund amount shall be credited to the same Debit card/Credit card/Mobile wallet through which the payment was made.

My order is delayed, what do I do?

Orders are generally processed within the timeframe mentioned during the order placement process. However, in some cases where the order is shipping through the ground shipping through logistics partners, it gets delayed beyond our control. Our team is proactively monitoring these orders and will send you regular updates.

To stop receiving promotional email from us, click directly on the "Unsubscribe" link within the email to cancel your subscription.
